the time was just right when my father in-law, which is the president for OKU people at Kg Baru Besut wanted to make a trip to malacca.

he then asked me whether i have any place to recommend for the trip. so i recommended the complex…Kompleks Falak Al-Khawarizmi…then they can go down to Bandar Hilir and Ayer Keroh for site visiting and shopping…

so he then ask us to follow so that we could show them the place and help out with the arrangements..so pucuk dicita ulam mendatang…and during school holidays..so i can bring my bunch of joys together..tagging along the OKU people.

so pictures .. later after the story k..we arrived on thursday afternoon and the OKu’s on friday morning..

everything goes well…ada la hickups here and there but it is normal..but neglected sgt coz there is no BBQ….patutnya malam tu ada BBQ and we end up having nasi lemak instead..panasnya hati….sebab dia dah kata ok..plus we requested that our 3 meals to be added up into the BBQ..hampeh

today, we are preparing things for tomorrow’s event..we are going to Malacca…to Kompleks Falak Al-Khawarizmi…where following us is the people from Pusat Dalam Komuniti..(PDK) a society for the OKU. the actual date for this event is on the 12 & 13 of june 2009..but we are going there one day early to make sure everything is prepared accordingly.

according to the coordinator…everything is done..so we juat go and bunk in ourselves there..

the visit … covers the complex, ayer keroh and bandar hilir..wow..a few known places for historical events…the trishaw ride, museum, the zoo..mini malaysia and many more…

i know it’s a bit too late to tell the over weekend story but ..aku nak cerita jugak sebab ianya something that everyone should know…though it is posted late..

ok last weekend..on friday till sunday, my family and I went to KL not only for school holidays matters but most importantly is the BIONAS seminar..which my husband attended. when we arrived, the first place to go is the PETROSAINS..sebab nak check in tak leh lagi…kita orang stay kat IMPIANA KLCC..waaa cam gempak ..actually kita org ada beli holiday package and entitled to free stay at two participating hotels..which we chose IMPIANA & GRAND SEASONS…so that’s y laa leh stay kat sana…

after PETROSAINS…lama kat situ almost 4 hours..then we checked in at IMPIANA…the hotel is situated behind KLCC and nice place but not friendly staff…best part..i think malaysia dah tak ada pekerja sendiri dah kot..kena ambik bangla kerja kat hotel dgn pakai kotnya..dgn sombongnya….atau mungkin sombong utk family melayu macam aku dan tidak kepada mat-mat dan minah2 salleh yg dtg dari negara luar…isn’t that double standard???? i wonder…best part the second day.. we all went out to send my husband at the seminar’s place..balik ke hotel nak park kereta.,,i saw the sign says FULL..so i stopped at the entrance and the bangla man approached me..this is the conversation:

bangla: r u guest here?

me: yes i am

bangla: what room?

me: 1306..(we were in that roommmmm)

bangla: ooo car park full…

me: so where am i suppose to park my car??…(wira pun kereta jugak…takkan merc aje dapat parking space…)

bangla:..looked everywhere around …u can park on the top level…he then opens the barricade..and let me pass through

me: thank you…

u see … malaysians are treated as though we are not in our country and pentingnya darjat utk menentukan kedudukan..ridiculous…klu org golongan sederhana pegi sana..mungkin akan dihalau seperti anjing..lainla kalau golongan sederhana tu naik HONDA ke, CAMRY ke…;)

ok la enough of that not very nice hospitality…saturday..the seminar day..at GRAND SEASONS hotel..the seminar is by BIONAS..a leading company producing BIO-DIESEL fuel..no doubt my husband yg pergi seminar but i have been to the briefing long before my husband’s seminar ni..because i am going to be the consultant for one of the scheme for BIONAS

ok..back to the seminar…in this seminar the main topic was about this plant called JARAK or scientific name is JATHOPHA CURCAS. how to plant it, mend it and what it gives as a return…(contact me if u want to know more k)

the return..if u r a nursery…1 week u could get about 20k-40k per month..and customers..do not worry…customers already in hand….furthermore..planting this plant is very easy with very low maintenance…(this is a true story by one of the planters that we visited yesterday)..and of course u r bide by TOC kan…

salam to all…and very happy monday morning,

wow…so long…dah lama aku tak update this blog…lately been bz..10 days in johor…came back and just finish 5 days access training in KL..alhamdulillah..

so here nak story sikit pasal classes and i have few pictures to share…ok..we;ll start with the class in Johor. the class starts on 13 till 20th..of may…so i have to make a one day earlier trip to johor by bus..on the 12th..trip by bus took me 7 lovely hours ..tiring of course..

this is a lecture type class..for certification..subject yg aku kena ajar COMPTIA PROJECT+ – a certification by comptia..mula2 aku takut nak ambik since this is the first class of project+ and aku tak pernah tgk syllabus dia lagi..so aku pun buat research lebih kurang and i got it..

all the while teaching MS Project tak tahu ada certification for Project+..Comptia..so tak apa i take up the challenge…good class..i like..teaching students and being called LEcturer..wahhhh…awesome…so every day i prep for the class…although brain is tired but that really gives me something…ok my student pass the exams…

so went on to the next class Access..teaching corporate students of Airforce…cool isn’t it..

teaching basic is simple but students asks for more..so incorporating intermediate and advance thru out the week..somehow..give me a many new things to learn..not only that..going thru the pain of commuting by train and lrts…ooo really gives me gooooooddddd lessonsss…and that point of time i really wish i am at paka..no traffic jams and commuting takes few minutes…so enjoy while can huh..

am sure u all pernah dengar pasal berjenis-jenis pelaburan di luar sana..yg tidak ada guarantee like skim cepat kaya..buluh mas and banyak lagi yang kantoi…

hari isnin lepas, aku pi kl…malam naik bas samapi selasa pagi umah abang kat shah alam..rest for awhile then at 2 the briefing takes place at kg baru….

satu persoalan….pernahkah kita terfikir akan kenyataan di atas secara terperinci??? mungkin ada yang pernah .. dan mungkin juga ada yang tak pernah..

aku suatu ketika dulu tak pernah..selepas bekerja..lompat keje sana sini sebab masa tu aku mula tahu yang aku perlukan kepuasan bekerja..

aku dapat kepuasan bekerja masa aku jadi trainer and till now am satisfied being a trainer… but after a while..aku mula rasakan…ada waktu2nya rasa bosan, muak, jelak sebab lama sangat aku mengajar sampai aku rasakan aku dah tepu..mmg seronok tak dinafikan but mungkin ini hanya perasaan yang orang lain mungkin tak dapat rasa..aku sorang je rasa..

aku nak keluar dari bidang ni ..aku sayang tapi disebalik tu..aku rasa aku perlu lakukan sesuatu untuk memperbaiki diri dan ekonomi keluarga aku…tahun ni paling sakit….aku betul2 tak produktif…hmm…gagal aku rasa tahun ni utk aku perbaiki diri aku..tapi aku bersyukur..gagalnya aku dalam kehidupan aku namun anak2 aku masih lagi boleh hidup berbekalkan apa yang ada disekeliling..Syukur..

so aku mahu A..tak dapat…aku perlu B..pun tak dapat…aku hendak buat C..gagal..dimanakah harus aku cari kepuasan untuk diri aku sendiri dalam menjadikan diri aku produktif?????? MASIH TeRTAnya-Tanya….

Pengurusan Marah

Saya pernah berasa marah yang teramat sangat beberapa tahun yang dulu sehingga tahap memaki hamun dan sebagainya. Tetapi Alhamdulillah masih di dalam kawalan di mana tidak sampai bertumbuk dan bergaduh.

Itu beberapa tahun dahulu. Sehingga kini marah-marah kecil tetap ada terutama geram kepada pemandu-pemandu yang ramai tidak mempunyai EQ iaitu memahami perasaan orang lain. Dengan kata lain yang susah sangat untuk bertolak ansur.

Sesetengah orang mudah untuk marah. Ada yang sehingga tahap marah yang mampu mendorong kepada tindakan fizikal yang luar kawalan. Ini amat membimbangkan.

Marah saya banyak kepada anak (lebih kepada geram) dan pelajar. Marah pada anak bukanlah sehingga tahap menengking atau memukul. Kekadang Ia lebih kepada meninggikan sedikit suara agar anak saya akan membuat tindakan segera di dalam sesuatu perkara.

Marah pada pelajar adalah marah mendidik. Bukan juga berbentuk maki hamun. Hanya meninggikan suara. Namun kekadang jiwa ini dicabar dan ketika itu mampu dibatu apikan syaitan. Perasaan marah pada pelajar yang malas atau membuat kerja sambil lewa kekadang berada di tahap yang mampu mengundang tindakan fizikal seperti menghentak meja atau sehingga rasa ingin saja halau mereka keluar dari bilik saya.

Alhamdulillah, perasaan marah mampu dikawal dengan mudah dan kesannya cukup pantas untuk kembali bertenang.

Apakah yang biasa disarankan ketika kita sedang marah?
Bersabar? Persoalannya bukan mudah untuk bersabar. Bersabar adalah satu perasaan yang berlawanan dengan marah. Mana mungkin dalam keadaan kita marah, kita boleh bersabar. Lalu bagaimana?

Bagaimana saya mengawal kemarahan?
Saya telah membiasakan diri untuk tidak lagi melakukan “mind chat” atau bercakap dengan akal fikiran saya sendiri. Segala apa yang saya lakukan, saya fikir, saya dengar, saya rasa, saya lihat, akan saya cakapkan kepada Allah SWT.

Ketika saya marah, saya akan bercakap pada Allah segala apa yang saya rasa ketika itu. Saya tidak melawan rasa marah saya. Tetapi saya luahkan rasa marah saya pada Allah. Allah itu Maha Positif. Saya yakin dengan meluahkan rasa marah pada seseorang dengan berkomunikasi kepada Allah, Allah akan berikan kesabaran kepada saya. Saya tidak perlu melawan marah untuk sabar. Tetapi rasa sabar itu dianugerahkan Allah terus ke dalam jiwa saya dengan luahan yang saya lakukan.

Ketika memandu:
“Ya Allah, geram betullah kereta sebelah ni ya Allah. Aku dah kasi signal, dia tak nak kasi aku masuk laluan dia ya Allah. Kalau aku buat kurang ajar nanti baru dia tahu ya Allah. Takpelah ya Allahkan. Sabarjelah Ya Allah. Ya Allah, Payah kalau perangai orang jenis takde EQ ni.”

Kesannya, pasti jadi lebih sabar.

“Ya Allah, kereta ni kurang ajar betullah ya Allah. Geramnya aku ya Allah. Aku buat kurang ajar nanti baru tau. Tapi buat apa kan ya Allah. Biarlah dia ya Allah. Buat apa aku peningkan kepala fikirkan pasal dia kan ya Allah. Dia nak jadi apa, lantak dialah ya Allah”

Ketika geram dengan pelajar yang malas

“Ya Allah, kenapalah budak ni malas sangat ya Allah. Kenapalah dia ni buat kerja main-main. Dia ni malas betullah ya Allah. Aku geram kat dia ni ya Allah. Kalau ikutkan aku, aku gagalkan je ya Allah.

Malas betul dia ni ya Allah. Rasa macam nak halau je dia ni dari bilik aku ni ya Allah. Menyampah betul aku tengok muka dia ni ya Allah.

Eeeee……geramnya ya Allah. Ahhhh….lantak dialah ya Allah. Malas dah aku nak layan budak jenis yang macam ni ya Allah. Lantak dialah ya Allah nak jadi apa. Aku dah tak sanggup lagi nak tolong dia ni ya Allah. Biarlah dia ya Allah. Nak belajar ke tak nak ke, dia punya pasallah ya Allah. Aku malas dah nak pening-pening kepala jaga budak macam ni ya Allah.

Kau bantulah aku ya Allah. Kau buatlah sesuatu, kasi budak ni rajin ke, sedar diri ke. Lembab betul aku tengok dia ni ya Allah. Kasi dia ni cerdas ya Allah.“

Macam-macam saya luahkan pada Allah ketika saya marah dan geram. InshaAllah marah dan geram ketika itu akan hilang dengan cepat. Selalu yang berlaku saya akan siap mendoakan pelajar itu agar jadi rajin, sedar diri atau dengan nama lain berubah jadi pelajar yang bertanggungjawab.

Ketika kita marah seseorang, adalah sesuatu yang amat penting untuk kita memalingkan muka kita ke arah lain. Rasulullah SAW telah berpesan agar kita memalingkan muka kita ketika kita marah.

Kenapa? Apabila kita marah, kita berada di fikiran bawah sedar di mana fikiran tidak dapat mengawal diri. Ketika ini, jika kita marah sambil melihat muka orang yang kita marah (seperti contoh anak atau isteri/suami) kita telah menanamkan wajah mereka sebagai orang yang membuatkan kita marah tanpa disedari. Kita telah memprogramkan fikiran kita tanpa sedar.

Maka setiap kali melihat wajah mereka, walaupun pada ketika itu kita tidak marah, ia boleh membawa kita kepada perasaan marah disebabkan informasi yang telah tersimpan menyatakan bahawa kita mesti berasa marah apabila melihat wajah mereka.

Kerana itu Rasulullah SAW menasihatkan kita sejak beribu tahun yang dulu lagi untuk memalingkan muka ketika marah. Ada juga nasihat Rasulullah SAW meminta kita duduk ketika marah. Semuanya adalah berkaitan dengan otak kita.

Komunikasi dengan Allah mampu mententeramkan jiwa saya daripada perasaan marah disamping saya dapat mengelakkan diri dari sakit migrain atau sakit jantung.

Praktikkan komunikasi dengan Allah apa yang dilakukan, difikirkan, didengarkan, dilihat, dicakapkan dan lain-lain. Jika kita berada di dalam situasi apa pun, perkara pertama dan utama yang kita ingat adalah komunikasi dengan Allah walaupun ketika tindakan luar kawal seperti perasaan marah jika kita biasa menggantikan ‘mind chat’ kita kepada komunikasi dengan Allah.

ooo gosh….am feelin very upset … i guess Allah have not open yet pintu rezeki yang betul2 kena dengan aku..aku pasrah….bersyukur dengan apa yang ada and at the same time..aku mmg ingin sangat untuk memperbaiki diri aku dan keluarga..esp anak2 aku…

aku nak cabar diri aku sendiri…aku tau aku mampu buat cuma bila aku nak buat sesuatu yg pada aku aku mampu..pasti ada sahaja halangan dan bantahan dari pelbagai pihak…sampaikan kadang2 aku rasa macam ..ahhh buat apa aku buat kalau buah fikiran atau gerak laku aku itu akan hanya dibantah, di pandang rendah…

aku yakin dengan pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang aku ada aku blh buat sesuatu ..tapi tu laaaa..

kdg2 aku rasa bosan..bosan dgn dunia aku sekarang … yang tak tahu hala tuju sebenar…aku ada perancangan tapi bila apa yang dirancang mendapat tentangan aku jadi memberontak sendiri…

eiiii geram rasanya..aku macam katak bawah tempurung…nak join seminar atau belajar ..anak2 aku tak ada orang yg jaga…nak keje balik…husband tak kasi…at one point mmg nak keje balik tapi …aku dah terlalu lama tinggalkan alam pekerjaan..aku dah suka kerja sendiri..BUT….i must face everything by myself…WHY? WHY? WHY?

well i will make one BIG decision… and of course dgn petunjuk dari Allah jua….hanya pada DIA aku berserah dan pasrah dengan ketentuannya…

as usual, today i have a session with the kids at Smart Reader Kerteh..teaching the 5 and 6 yrs old kid..after the class..before head back to the office, i have a chat with the owner Pn Azizah and her husband En Taufik…

Pn Azizah told me that en taufik is apparently going back to Melbourne, Australia since here in Malaysia he is not able to find a job…actually there are few jobs that he already went for the interview…it;s just that here in Malaysia…the culture is tak apa la…tunggula…nanti la…so many relaxing and waiting laaa…;)

yes…agreeing with him…i myself can;t take the situation of..puji program depan kita melambung2 tapi bila bab nak kuar duit, bab budget..semua sunyi sepi…klu bagi free nak aje…nak sponsor …kecik tapak tangan nyiru saya tadahkan…sighhhhhhh

dari dulu till now..i do not see much changes in Malaysians custom…is it so hard to confirm something or is it so difficult to tell that what is being offered …doesn’t suit our objectives or something…i don’t mind people telling me that straight to the face rather than…pura2 suka..belakang kutuk bagai nak gilerrrr…

well…en taufik…i guess Malaysians will never change for better…attitude i mean…they don;t want to come out from their comfort zone because they are afraid of trying and experiencing new situations…only adventurous and agressive people like us that wants something good in life…frankly speaking am frustrated with my life…but alhamdulillah i still have brains to work out something good for me to do but i have to find a good place to market the idea…all the en taufik..an to Pn azizah…take the challenges while it lasts…(that is to me too) because with that we will become more mature and understands better…

Weekend yang lepas…

salam all…

last weekend…sini weekend on friday and saturday..(terengganu area)..

since husband aky tak keje and i also need to see the President of PDK, which is also my father in-law, and meet up with Datuk Abdullah’s wife, Toh puan ..just to pass on a few ideas and words about our program..kita org decided to go back to Besut…utk meringankan sikit sesak di dalam otak ni..

so, thursday evening, we head back to Besut..around 10 baru sampai..the next morning..hari jumaat …my mother in-law siap buat nasik dagang seba kita org balik…best best…tapi aku lak kena masak gulai he he…apa leh buat..masak le..

after masak…hari jumaat kay besut ada pasar jualan besar kat kuala besut…so aku ngan husband pun tinggal anak2 dgn mother in-law..terus ke pasar kuala besut..waahhhhh ramai org tgh-tgh hari pun…dan macam2 jualan dan juadah ada kat situ…tapi kita org ada mission nak beli benda lain..so cari2 jumpa terus beli..hha

ptg aku ajak husband, anak2 and sis in-law aku pi pantai air tawar..kat kuala besut jugak..anak2 aku yg jarang2 sekali blh main pantai apa lagi macam 1000 thn tak jumpa air..punyalah dia org sukaaaa…sengih sampai ke telinga…

then malam tu plak..kak ipar aku yg doktor tu ajak pi makan kat umah dia…waaahhhh mak mentua aku cakap dia masak mee spaghetti..dalam loghat dia la…so malam tu pi lak umah dia…waaahhhhhh ada salad, ada mushroom soup and of the spaghetti….

later, both parents in-law aku join…my father in-law mana la pernah makan benda2 cam tu so aku le yg ajar since kak ipar aku tu sibuk berlabun…samapi kul 12 malam kat umah tu..

the next day…program aku dah laku dah utk PDK Besut..so meet up with Toh Puan, cerita2 sikit and she said ..will come back to me after the AGM…hopefully ada yg sangkut…

balik dari situ..on the way back to my HOME…mula2 singgah kat Masjid Kristal (later i post the pictures) sebab anak2 aku nak tgk sgt..we all naik tram keliling taman..syok betu…then singgah lak umah abg ipar aku kat dungun..haiiii banyak tul singgah..letihhh…

kita singgah solat plus nak kasi kiriman mak mentua…dijamu lak nasi ayam…mmm…baru la leh sampai umah…

week end yg penat tapi padat dan seronok

dah lama tak tulis…bz sikit kebelakangan ni…there’s a lot of things to do before getting the program ready…and this week nak balik besut to meet the OKU president to propose some programs for them, still ada kem ibadah yg nak kena buat proposal for a friend of mine. cabarann…dan aku sukakannya..

last week my boss and i, together with our partner azzah, make a site visit to Kompleks Al Falak Khawarizmi in Malacca…awesome..the place is damn gorgeous and full of information..am really proud that Malaysia have such a gigantic complex on Islamic Falak…and of course .. balik dari situ .. banyaklah program2 yang akan dirangka utk membawa kalau blh semua org melawat tempat yg indah itu…hahah

enough of that…

today..i felt a little bit down due to surrounding peoples’ act…mereka2 ni ingat mereka ni dah terlebih pandai sehingga tidak mengkaji apakah yang akan terjadi kalau…yeah kalau mereka melakukan sesuatu yang mmg bidang tetapi tak sesuai dgn situasi aaarghhhh !!!! kusut utk menerangkannya…but actually u have to face reality…yeah ur good but there are still some things that u are not fit to do it…tahlah…

so fikir2kan lah frennnn…u just need to realize..and let go..we are not machines nor robot…;)

mmm…dah lama aku tak menulis dan yg terbaru aku tulis ialah ttg program yg baru aku jalankan di kl. ok topik ni dah lama bermain difikiran aku ttp aku nak luahkan takut nnt ada yg terasa..tapi klu aku tak luahkan…bengkak pulak dalam hati aku…

ok…bagaimanakah corak komuniti di tempat anda? lain tempat lain ragamnya…begitu juga dgn tempat saya..sedia maklum saya menetap di paka terengganu..satu kawasan yg dulu nya macam padang jarak padang tekukur kerana kat sini tiada apa yg menarik dan bandarnya cuma satu hala saja..setelah 8 tahun saya menetap di sini barulah saya dapat lihat kemajuan demi kemajuan yg di bawa..kecuali pemikiran

sebagai peniaga yg menjual perkhidmatan… saya mempunyai banyak idea utk membangunkan anak2 di kwsan luar bandar kerana saya suka dgn berkongsi informasi dan pengetahuan yang ada supaya semua org dapat enjoy kehidupan yang lebih baik..

akan tetapi…saya rasa sungguh sedih..apabila program yang saya anjur..kursus yg saya tawarkan..kurang mendapat perhatian dari komuniti sekeliling…apakah cara saya memasarkannya salah …(mungkin juga) atau mungkin komuniti di paka ni yang tak nak involve dgn program2 sebegini…

today i conducted an English session at Srip sharing with all the teachers information about how to communicate in english..well at first it was a little bit difficult for the teachers to converse in english but …after a while…some of them ..manage to grasp the knowledge conveyed to them..

i know it is not easy for them to take every detail in one day but feedback that i got is that they enjoy the class and alhamdulillah they are not shy to speak english anymore…wow…awesome..here i share some pictures during the class…

it is so sad to say that we have to cancelled our Science and English program due to very low numbers of registration..:(

not just one but TWO sessions…mmmm…initially when we thought of doing this program…we thought that this is very good for the kids to enjoy learning during the schools holidays..but we’re wrong…

anyway..to cover up for this ..alhamdulillah we managed to secure the same program … not here but in KL..wohooooo…at the moment there is already 30 participants enrolling in the program..so this program will take place on the 18th march…this time we collaborate with KELAB SUKAN DRB-HICOM…mmmmm what a deal… looking forward to it though…

Yesterday, at 8 pm, i attended PIBG meeting at my son’s school…meeting took 21/2 hrs discussing about students reputation and issues about discipline. sad…most teachers says that kids disagree with the rules set by the school and uses their father or mother’s name if they do something wrong..

so what i can see from here is that..kids if we don’t treat or tell them what is good and what is bad, they will end up being a bad or immoral human being…like …. do not want to mention here….

so yesterday, the top leaders in pibg wants discipline to be impart to the students from as young as 4 yrs old so that they know the value of civics and respect unto others….what say u? any comments?

it’s been a while after the last post…i am pretty bz last weekend. I have to attend a HPA seminar, my son was admitted to the hospital due to suspected appendix, and bz with proposals for clients..programs for the organization. so pretty pack…

back to the last post, yeah…the cold feedback i received from the event that NSC Kidz conduct in MARCH during school holidays… I don’t know why…

I asked every parent, teachers and kids…this event is not for us as an organizer so much but for the benefits of students…we do this for the sake of continuous education..bukan suka2 tau….;)

remember 2 weeks ago i sat for the XT Profile exam....yeah that consists of 314 questions...well the results came out already.....phewwwww...am so scared...so many things palying in my mind...ok..i received an email yesterday from UMCced. looking at the subject matter sudah menggerunkan...so i downloaded 4 reports - job summary, placement, individual, and graph...dah la pukul 130 pagii baru check mail...dload lambat lak tu...berdebar....in front of me the TV was showing "Rasukan Ablasa"....dah la gerun tambah muka hantu tu...heiiisiis menakutkan....so finish dloading, i open the individual report first.

at first not so concern about the openings but as i read thru the report...i wander...why this report keep mentioning EN AHMAD BUN YAAKOB and not my name. in full curiousity....i opened another one....waalllaaaaahhhh....betulla salah report not mine but en ahamd bin yaakob...so to en ahmad bun yaakob...so sorry i read your profile...

so this morning i rang the UMCced people and true as mentioned...mmg bukan aku yang punya...siapa yg punya....heheh man belon punya hHhahhahaha

ok....so they sent me another one...correct one and i scroll thru.....alhamdulillah.....pass walaupun tak high marks but meet the MARA stds to qualify the first stage before becoming the consultants to them....susah kan...but anyway..here i post the results...

ok ...MARA required the distortion to be 6 and above...and i managed to get 9....i paste the result below..and MARA required from the top three interest they want...that is people service, financial and enterprising, i managed to fulfill 2 out of three that is people service, enterprising and another one technical...hmmmm i know this from the start because i mana suka keje duduk saja...need technical a bit baru bagus bekerja...aand lastly must pass overall test 69% and above so i managed to get 85%.......mmm ok i guess...

alhamdulillah i made it...with all the barriers...tak tidur, tak mandi, kasut koyak...macam2 la....hehehehso next step...still have to be audited by MARA...let's see if i qualify or not. if not...next year cuba lagi..k

mmm..how about a workshop for them...well it is just one day but we have 2 sessions...the dates are 17th and 18th...so rather than nothing to do is better to have some fun activity like building a volcano and speak good english.....;)

DPMMT Dungun meet up session

today...i attended a meet up session with DPMMT...for dungun district...the meeting is supposed to start at 10.00am...at mayangsari resort in dungun...so there i am...stood up at the resort at 945am...eager to attend that meeting to see what DPMMT has to offer us, business owners.

so, being the earliest and only lady arrive at the resort, i was approached by WAN, a sales person for mayang sari. a very nice lady and she showed me the place where the event would be. then came HJ WAHAB..the chairman for DPMMT for dungun...waiting for everybody to come....and the meeting starts at......as usual....and typical.....only at 10.30 people starts coming in and about 10 after 10.30 the meeting starts....

at first...i feel a bit uneasy because i hardly know all this people..all this while i only participated those activities around KT..and today my gosh...in dungun itself...i only knew..kak Ana from Rohana Nursery and Kak Nor from Nor trading...apparently there are few other that i know but shy to speak to them..

soooo the meeting went on, chaired by Hj Wahab and Ir Tg Ismail, YDP of DPMMT, he gave a small talks on issues regarding the economic, political and YPU. he also mentioned that DPMMT soon to have its own building in front of Giant in Terengganu..which i think it;s a high time for DPMMT to have since they handled quite a number of events for Bumi business owner...

two days ago...i had a word class at my office...a young lady just finish SPM is sitting in my class...as usual the WORD class is a like typing class where students have to practice a lot of writing documents and letters....

so this girl...after the ice break session, looks like never used computer before...itu ok lagi...start class...i ask her several questions...she says she don't know...that's why come to class....ok accept the reason...after first module...going into second module ... ask her to select the text....she just look at the screen...aikkk budak ni......macam mana ni....

so never mind...go on...ask her to do exercise.....this time i ask her to follow exactly in the course module...and she did.......not...!!!! eiiiii geramnya......so i decided...it's ok if u do not want to follow...i tak rugi but you are....so the class went on....

one thing good about her is that i ask her to do all the exercises...she did but her own way.... ask her to do table..it took her 1/2 an hour....so how la??????

sabar.....i can give all i have...it is up 2 u to take it or not....;)

if yesterday is fz's last day...today am starting a new dimesion for nsc...mmm...alone in the office...not so much of retailing anymore...doing much of proposals and training....and best part today....dah lama tak ajar application...i have to take Office class for 10 consecutive days....hehehhe...nak tergelak pun ada sebab...macam org baru nak belajar cara2 nak mengajar...hahaha

anyway...all the best to fz and i really hope that things goes well as planned. next month...start teaching kids at one new place...excited...a lot to learn and prepare for the class......syoknyaaaaa

the day has come....fz is going off today and be part of a new gov body the next circle....all the best to her..and as for NSC..we are not looking for any new comer yet since we have no intentions to do anymore retailing of computer goods....i think some people can survive selling computer goods but for me...i don't think so...dealing with customers that only wants cheap goods and likes to compare with things in kl..esp low yat...common man wake up...this is paka...and prices from all over the states in malaysia is different....so...we decided to pull away the retail section and concentrate on the events section....we;ll see how it goes...

hi all...

FINALLY!!!!! gosh....i made it...am glad the exam over...i arrived at Hentian putra at 430 in the morning. get off from the bus, with confidence, i head to the surau...got up the stairs with high hope that it is open...(at least i can spread my body for short while)...AND it is not..sigh...so what to do...turun balik le...buat apa lepak kat atas tu sorang2...

then at 545 surau pun bukak..so i head on, wash up and change so that i can get ready for the EXAM...adoiiiiii senak perut aku...dengan tak tahu tempatnya...how the place looks like and all sorts of questions was in my mind that time..

but i am here already...nak tak nak kena attend gak..so after done washing up..i head down take a cab to the place...but it is still early though, so i decided to lepak for a while playing games...on my handphone. while playing, one mamat came up to me and ask me...he said "teksi2..haaa adik nak pegi mana?" so i said i wanna go to UM...then he said.."ooo UM...jomla...sana traffic jam kuat nanti lambat...kat sana ada kantin kau boleh lepak pastu naik bas nak masuk dalam"

"haaa naik bas? ooo kena naik bas ke? so i said how much?" he said go there...sepuluh ringgit la..so i agreed...and followed him to the cab...GOSH!!!! not a cab...prebet sapu...ohhhhh i feel scared..mana tahu early morning .... dangerous but i have no choice..so get in the car ..lucky it was a GEN 2 kalau kereta lain mmg aku tak nak naik...hahahah

so the car took off....passing thru the railway station..looks to me like he is heading to UM in Pantai Dalam...so i said to him that i want to go to UM in the City not Pantai Dalam..maaaaannnnnnn he doesn't know the place...so i told him.."cik dalam internet kata..UM tu dekat bank negara" and he said "ye ke ada ke UM belakang tu?" adoi nahas..masak aku kali ni

so i said i guess so...so he make a turn and head to the place..true enough reaching the place a big sign board says welcome to UM City Campus...

ok then i head on to BLock A..which at that time not open yet...i waited outside the building. almost 8 o'clock, i still don't know where is the place and alhamdulillah..one guy came to open the door and i asked him where is the location for this exam..he directed me and off i go climbing the stairs.

again, there is no one there to ask...but i buat pandai....jalan sampai toilet..hmm..belum sempat aku masuk, one of the employee asked me.."puan ada nak cari sesiapa?" hmmm ia answered, "am here for the exam, am i at the right place?" she says yes but the lab is still close..so she asked me to sit down first...i said ok...

ok shorten the story...the lady in charge ask me to go in and wait for others to arrive and register..so went in inside, there are few people already there at the refreshment table..so there we mingle around and best part all the people there who came for the exam..about 40s and above and only few 20s and 30s....there's this one guy, i think he is scared same like me to sit for the exam...he told the registrar..can i sit for the exam first and if i pass then only i will pay....what nonsense....mana ada org ambik exam tak bayar dulu ... ingat tu exam company dia ke????

ok..then it is time to sit for the exam...overall there are 314 questions and must be answered from 900 till 100pm...the exam consists of 6 parts which includes physchometric, maths, vocab, matching words, and logic...one more i forgot

in the room, we were told no calculator to help us during math exam...WHATTTTTT!!!!!! dah la otak berkarat...tak leh guna calculator....macam mana ni...soalan dia plak,.......adoaiiiiiiiiii terrible...mana nak ingat dah tua2 ni....

pendek lagi i finish my exam at 1230...ok kot but the passing rate is 65% and i have to pass distortion rate of 6 and above. will i make it? god knows ....

it is not easy to get what u want....especially when you do not have any so call "cables" or "Cronies" to help u achieve what u want....in fact i think the purest way to get business is to work from the bottom...yes of course u need help and support from certain bodies but...still the hard work comes from ourself...

exams, being audited, interviews and other procudres - examples that most business owners have to go through to achieve the high sopt in business....that includes me...tomorrow am going to sit for an exam called XT Profile exam...where as in the internet says it is more towards personality, mental, physical, behavioral and attitude tests to see whether u are fit or not to be part of their team...so i guess although it cost a lot of money there ... if i got good results...insyaallah...it is worth it because i know where i stand in the market and personally i know who i am indirectly....well hope for the best...AMIN

few days ago....everyone in Malaysia was pretty shocked when political situation in perak...turn from bad to worse...well am not on anyones' side but when think about what dato' nizar said...there is some pints that we educated malaysians' should think and realize the actual situation....i personally think that dato nizar should bubar the dewan undangan negeri perak first then let the people of perakians' voice out what and who they want to rule them....not just by asking hom to step down and govt can make any decision without taking into consideration what people of perak wants to say...am not against any body ...just an opinion...though i know may be there is or are clauses in the constitution saying that sultan can make and void any rule or law without consulting other parties but still ... this is a democratic country and people deserve to voice out what they want...it doesn't matter whether PKR, DAP, Bebas or UMNO became the leader as long as they know how to rule a state "clean"..heheh...tak ada rasuah leee...ni tak penuh dgn rasuah nak masuk projek kerajaan kena ada kroni and must have good return ..then only u can get the contract....so how....think think...think...

am going to lose one staff that is very independent, practical and analytical...and am going to start again solo just like i start up the company...am going to be everything i could in to make the biz grow....

yes....the orientation event is gonna takes place in februari...but speakers....have to select...budget wise not sure yet...can work with azzah some where...schools budget pretty tight .... so i have to work on a low budget with good service that i can portray..

mmm...how shld i start this life story....ok... as an event coordinator and a computer trainer, i met with all sorts and level of people...from the lowest to the highest level of people...and believe me i learn a lot from this people especially when it comes to humanity. Respect unto others is the most important thing in life....like this friend of mine. she holds a higher position in one of the organisation BUT her staff is among her friends...

friends are friends but when it comes to work i strongly believed that every individual must respect each other. i give one example...a staff shld adress her or his boss as Encik, Sir or Cikgu during office hours forgetting that his or her boss is a close friend....

another aspect..when entering to the Bosses room....mind to knock on the door...even though u and the boss Gilerrrrr kamceng kan.....

at least when u show some respect, others will too....and do remember this no matter how close u r...with the boss....u r not allowed to touch on her personal belongings....because u need to ask her permission to use or touch it .......BECAUSE THAT IS HER THING(S)...so what say u all?
agree or not with me....i always remind myself...so respect to others....biar dia muda dari saya pun...tak kisah...janji...bila kita hormat dia..dia akan rasa hormat pada kita...

xmas baru lepas....yesterday....but we as usual...we have people to meet...form Koperasi Terengganu..we try to do waht ever we can to enhanced our business..

it was raining pretty heavy yesterday but that doesn't stop any of our activity..after lunch around 330 we head to the meeting place...awesome our proposal is accepted but before anything we still have to meet several other people --- that is the DECISION MAKER...this is hard but the harder the better because it keeps my energy running to succeed...
personally i told her yesterday that our main focus besides business is ibadah...that is sharing of knowledge...it has been our responsibility to forward and share all the knowledge we have with others especially those that can bring profit to them...

excited as they are...i am going to make this program a reality..i will work this thing out like nobody business...like i mentioned before 2009 will be something new for NSC....insyaallah with GOD'S willing

my best thinking....everyone in this world likes to have their own business...only a small number of people likes to work with organizations because they feel ... well they don't have to work harder than a business man would and they are at their comfort zone i would say....do not want to start something new and do not want anything else to interfere with the life he or she is having now...

i once .... feel my business is really going down and in fact to the drain... i would say.. that point of time..i gave up..told my husband that i really have to go back to work with some organization so that i can have fixed income and i don't have to worry abt anything...just cope with the job and responsibility given to me..

mmm...sounds good ehhhh.....but my husband said..do you really think u want to get back to work under people again..after u being boss urself...haaaaa....there goes the idea ... but i realized something..... yeah y not i go on with the biz am doing now and focus...work a little bit harder for myself...satisfy myself not others...but of course provide the best service i can for customers..yeah...so i said to myself..don't look back because i believe if u have the skills..gather more knowledge, enhance the gift and talent from god..u'll do just fine..

came back from home town couple of days ago...and check it out...fz has almost done with the web site project and only touching up a bit here and there...walllaaaahhhh...we're ready to launch it for all to gain as much knowledge as possible..

in the mean time, a few customers came wanted to have computer training with us, and to hold business due to place ... i guess it's not a good idea...so i decided to go on with the classes..so today went to E&C Stationery, get the modules done and all set for the class...i must say... training does have a place here in paka...

we will do more marketing for it next year and more internet workshops in a month...and also seminars...

not forgetting our camps......Come join us for fun, exciting computer education.....like i always said...education will never fade....u just need to pass it on....then it will be valuable...take care u all

hi all....

today end of MS project class....phew!!! lega...thank god...and i feel good having this class because my student from zero.... he can actually see what MS Project can do and help him in his job.... and i think, personally MS Project is really a cool project software ...if u know how to deal with it. fizie is going to have another training session at NSC may be this saturday or after eidul adha...and that training will be MS OFFICE 2007 package 3...consists of 7 subject....those who coem across my blog...we still have 2 more seats left...hurry up...learn before others catch it...

ok....next week ... eidul adha is on monday...so for that entire week NSC will be closed....just so to give space for the management to take care of unfiinished business....isn't that goooddddd.......after that we will be back to work as usual....and most probably i will have to attend a meeting with MD of DigApps on the 21st Dec....that is few days before Xmas...

hellloooooo everyone...

today... i have a ms project class...my student is going to be a project controller at TMM Engineering & Services in Paka. am glad to be to help and educate people in software application. this is a 2 days class and tell u ms project is a technical subject...to be good at it...one must like to do project and focus...only thru focus one person will be able to succeed in life...

talking abt focus...today my focus is more on this training rather than the work am doing....nsc's is pretty bz rite now with the next years upcoming projects.....fizie is bz with the website development...believe me i know she works hard....that makes me feel ... sometimes... whether she likes doing the this job or not..... she's workin all alone...i am bz with the tutorial development, marketing of camps, seminar, and workshops...also alone...we only get to meet few hours a day...sometimes none. she also has to prep for classes...i don't know...hopefully she does...if she says NO also..i can;t say anything..it is up to her choice...am here to give everything that i have to her so that she can be a great trainer and consultant one day.... am trying my very best to accommodate her with updated programs, exams and everything....no wonder people say that she is my "anak kesayangan".... actually to who ever that says that.... i can see the performance and progress...those who work properly and smart and hard....why must i hate u ...i have no reason to hate people simply unless u feel it urself.....

the last post...i was storying abt HIJRAH...transformation to the next level....YES... i guess we are transforming at the rite time....BUt before that.... we are going to move out from the present office due to some upgrading and rental reasons..at the moment we are searching for a space for our office... we are not going to do anymore retailing section...RETAIL....adoiiiiii i guess here PAKA is just not the place....but don't get me wrong...WE ARE NOT CLOSING DOWN ... i heard people saying am closing down the shop... or best part closing the company....GOSHHHHHH no way... insyaallah... the company will maintain until i die.... just the objective is different...So...just wait for us somewhere in PAKA.... may be pusat niaga paka....god knows....

this is it.....NSC is moving one step to a new way of doing business...eventually..we discover that retail does not give that much impact on our business...so we decided that we are going to venture into something that really us that is TRAINING...and managing events and camps....What makes us change...well our prophet also make some transformation in ISLAM..and following that, it is time for us to HIJRAH into some real business.

I have been in this industry for about 10 years and next year will be my 11th year.... and i learned..tremendous knowledge and cherish bunch of experiences through out the years of teaching. Teaching.....YES it is in me.. I guess...it is time for me to pass down the trainer skills to new generations..YEssss....this is a holy :) yes it is a holy career...and .. managing and conducting training events, seminars, talks, workshops, and etc....is even better because you can see the overall picture of work flow..

it's a business day oday in paka, terengganu. as usual, i went to the office to finish up my paper work(s)..GOSH!!!!...i have started but i am stuck...can't really finish it. i am meeting people this coming tuesday and yet...am still drowning with the dates...seminars...the speaker...and all sorts of things. i have it in my mind BUT to put on papers is not as easy as shout it out...u know what i mean :)

i was surfing thru the net at 11.00 pm tonite....intention was to clean up my mailbox at hotmail....it's been a while since the last day i looked at my emails...so there i go signing in to my account and wow...abt 300 +++ messages in the inbox. Gosh...i must clean it up...while selecting all the junk mails...i accidentally click on Norlela Zubir's mail..subjecting on Selamat Hari Raya...look at me hari raya was..2 months back and now only i am reading the greetings. Norlela Zubir is a dear friend whom i met during TTT course at Grand Seasons Hotel december 2007. almost a year we have not seen each other. she is staying in malacca. she is an enterpreneur by profession of her own family business...Yuzuki Melaka Sdn. Bhd...she is also a writer. she has written several books though...u can visit her blog to get to know her even better http://bisneskeluarga.blogspot.com. u can tell from the blog that she really loves to write. even, during the TTT, she presented on how to write books in a simple manner...can't remember much but she is the LADY...i'm glad that GOD give me opportunity to meet such interesting person. Kak Lela....i admire u ... not onl as enterpreneur but also a good and well known trainer now. i'm gonna have to contact u for some secrets of business....take care kak lela...

i had a hectic june...i would say...alhamdulillah...i have class the entire month but in kl.....today i could spend minutes to write u someehing which i would say it's the nature of working...ok..last week i had a Microsoft training at one of the well known training center in kl. i have to teach Microsoft Project 2007 following the MS moc kit. since i am a MCt therefore they call me to do the course. the class went well..i had nice students and of course compliments from them. however, despite of all the compliments, i guess this one trainer doesn't like my existence at the training center....that's why i call it nature of working....because other people cannot see other people get complimented and being the top at the work place. they will start ridiculous stories, putting all the blame and fault to people like me. however, it is good that my existence is only once in a blue moon....to the "sakit hati" people...don't be like that...honor your job and credibility..god will pay u with full of blossoms...take care

hi everyone,

been a while since the last post..pretty bz lately. well...to day i'd like to tell u abt my career. i am a professional trainer by job description. i have been committing my 10 golden years in this field and seems to me this is the field that i enjoyed most doing it. before this i am a banker, a promoter, but none of this works...ok coming back to what am doing now. i started my job as a computer trainer at a risk that i am not a graduate of computer and my computer skills is 0...zero...i was afraid that my application would be turn down by the manager in charge...guess luck is on my side...with the presentation skills that i have .. i was accepted. thank god.....and starting this job still feel like this job is not going to be forever.... i put hate in this job....and am not willing to work on it....two reasons for having this hate...no support from the loved one ...at that time :(...and don't like to study materials which i am not familiar..
however, after one class...the aura starts....forget about the loved ones since he is also in deep love with other people and struggle to achieve the best from this career and it works till today...so now here i am ... i can be proud of myself and also now trying to groom new trainers for generations to come. i realize one thing...if u hard work, committed, like to learn new things..insyaallah...there's always a rezeki for you. one things for sure...Speak English...you'll do better...cheers

The rest of this article is a tutorial on how to set up a blog using the new Blogger.com. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose but your time. Point your web browser to www.blogger.com.
Click on the orange arrow that says "Create your blog now" Enter a user name and password, along with the name of your blog and your email address. Write down your user name and password.
Click "Continue."

hi all,

today i want to feed u all with introduction to my company. netlinx solution consultant was born on 22nd may 2000. at that time my partner is my husband. we started off at home, running a computer business in a small room. but most of our services and businesses comes from training. i guess that's why we don't have an appropriate office. after a while, things started to slow down a bit in training, we decided to go for retailing.....and there we setup a small shop with very little capital. the shop lasts till today but not at the original location. we moved to the new location last year since the old spot does not contribute as what we expected. now, at the new location....business is building, training is still our core, in fact now we take contracts from main contractors to handle training for them. last year itself we made a good profit to start this years agenda.
