wow so fast the time flies....january...fade very fast with only several activities....but...syukran to Allah the Almighty...january leaves us with trainings that can help new generations...fz...she has 15 more days before she left for new job..our web site...launched and just a few things need to ammend...so january 2009 as a start for the year ....beautiful...awesome january...syukran to allah because he still gave us...though not many but grace start for the year....ALHAMDULILLAH

an end of a beginning

what does it mean? i myself not sure...but ... practically it means like this....an end of one episode and a beginning of a new one...

am going to lose one staff that is very independent, practical and analytical...and am going to start again solo just like i start up the company...am going to be everything i could in to make the biz grow....

yes....the orientation event is gonna takes place in februari...but speakers....have to select...budget wise not sure yet...can work with azzah some where...schools budget pretty tight .... so i have to work on a low budget with good service that i can portray..

hopefully... i can fulfill everyone's dream....heheh..take care all

well there is always some good and bad news in a day...today...feel good when the companies web site is being hosted and ready to be uploaded...can't wait to see the outcome....on the other hand...i think u all remember some time ago, i did mention that fizie is going to leave us...she is going....

just minutes ago, her mom called letting her know that the she has to report duty on the 24th feb 2009....arghhhh%$#&^(&(*_)(.... what a day.....

where can i find a staff like her.....hmmm...... anyway...there is still time for anyone who knows her to say goodbye and as for nsc mgmt team...we wish her all the best and luck... insyaallah if there is time we;ll meet again...thanx for all the help and hard work and everything she has done to the company. hope she can learn more at the other party....good luck fz and thanx

this is a story about.....

mmm...how shld i start this life story....ok... as an event coordinator and a computer trainer, i met with all sorts and level of people...from the lowest to the highest level of people...and believe me i learn a lot from this people especially when it comes to humanity. Respect unto others is the most important thing in life....like this friend of mine. she holds a higher position in one of the organisation BUT her staff is among her friends...

friends are friends but when it comes to work i strongly believed that every individual must respect each other. i give one example...a staff shld adress her or his boss as Encik, Sir or Cikgu during office hours forgetting that his or her boss is a close friend....

another aspect..when entering to the Bosses room....mind to knock on the door...even though u and the boss Gilerrrrr kamceng kan.....

at least when u show some respect, others will too....and do remember this no matter how close u r...with the boss....u r not allowed to touch on her personal belongings....because u need to ask her permission to use or touch it .......BECAUSE THAT IS HER THING(S)...so what say u all?
agree or not with me....i always remind myself...so respect to others....biar dia muda dari saya pun...tak kisah...janji...bila kita hormat dia..dia akan rasa hormat pada kita...

i rasa kalau i offer job to anyone yg work for us masa ppsmi sure tak nak ambil job dah sebab payment lambat....:)

insyaallah kalau ada project yg bagus ... we all akan offer ... i got few yg statusnya tidak keruan lagi but proposal is already upfront....not only that supplying of trainers also kita buat sekarang ni...utk mengembangkan ilmu yg trainers kita ada...rugi kiranya ada skill dan ilmu tidak di kembangkan..

me...still at the same spot..mengajar lebih kurang...nak mengajar sangat tapi i have another obligation which is to me if i lose this i shall regret it for life...insyaallah ada rezeki i will take it...yg mendatangkan keuntungan siapa tak nak kan...
