not easy to be on our two feet...

once u start...don't look back

salam...

my best thinking....everyone in this world likes to have their own business...only a small number of people likes to work with organizations because they feel ... well they don't have to work harder than a business man would and they are at their comfort zone i would say....do not want to start something new and do not want anything else to interfere with the life he or she is having now...

i once .... feel my business is really going down and in fact to the drain... i would say.. that point of time..i gave up..told my husband that i really have to go back to work with some organization so that i can have fixed income and i don't have to worry abt anything...just cope with the job and responsibility given to me..

mmm...sounds good ehhhh.....but my husband said..do you really think u want to get back to work under people again..after u being boss urself...haaaaa....there goes the idea ... but i realized something..... yeah y not i go on with the biz am doing now and focus...work a little bit harder for myself...satisfy myself not others...but of course provide the best service i can for customers..yeah...so i said to myself..don't look back because i believe if u have the skills..gather more knowledge, enhance the gift and talent from god..u'll do just fine..

work hard and smart..leave the rest to allah...insyaallah...god will give u what u wish...it may not be now but soon...

PRAY HARD....REMEMBER THAT HE IS ALWAYS WITH US

appreciate GOD's gift

what a day....

hellloooooo everyone...

today... i have a ms project class...my student is going to be a project controller at TMM Engineering & Services in Paka. am glad to be to help and educate people in software application. this is a 2 days class and tell u ms project is a technical subject...to be good at it...one must like to do project and focus...only thru focus one person will be able to succeed in life...

talking abt focus...today my focus is more on this training rather than the work am doing....nsc's is pretty bz rite now with the next years upcoming projects.....fizie is bz with the website development...believe me i know she works hard....that makes me feel ... sometimes... whether she likes doing the this job or not..... she's workin all alone...i am bz with the tutorial development, marketing of camps, seminar, and workshops...also alone...we only get to meet few hours a day...sometimes none. she also has to prep for classes...i don't know...hopefully she does...if she says NO also..i can;t say anything..it is up to her choice...am here to give everything that i have to her so that she can be a great trainer and consultant one day.... am trying my very best to accommodate her with updated programs, exams and everything....no wonder people say that she is my "anak kesayangan".... actually to who ever that says that.... i can see the performance and progress...those who work properly and smart and hard....why must i hate u ...i have no reason to hate people simply unless u feel it urself.....

ok...enough of blabbering....to fizie...i wish u all the best...to me..good luck i supposed..coz i have bunch of respnsiblities to carry now and next year....cross my finger and hope for the best...

hectic month

hi all....
i had a hectic june...i would say...alhamdulillah...i have class the entire month but in kl.....today i could spend minutes to write u someehing which i would say it's the nature of working...ok..last week i had a Microsoft training at one of the well known training center in kl. i have to teach Microsoft Project 2007 following the MS moc kit. since i am a MCt therefore they call me to do the course. the class went well..i had nice students and of course compliments from them. however, despite of all the compliments, i guess this one trainer doesn't like my existence at the training center....that's why i call it nature of working....because other people cannot see other people get complimented and being the top at the work place. they will start ridiculous stories, putting all the blame and fault to people like me. however, it is good that my existence is only once in a blue moon....to the "sakit hati" people...don't be like that...honor your job and credibility..god will pay u with full of blossoms...take care

top up information

hi everyone,

been a while since the last post..pretty bz lately. well...to day i'd like to tell u abt my career. i am a professional trainer by job description. i have been committing my 10 golden years in this field and seems to me this is the field that i enjoyed most doing it. before this i am a banker, a promoter, but none of this works...ok coming back to what am doing now. i started my job as a computer trainer at a risk that i am not a graduate of computer and my computer skills is 0...zero...i was afraid that my application would be turn down by the manager in charge...guess luck is on my side...with the presentation skills that i have .. i was accepted. thank god.....and starting this job still feel like this job is not going to be forever.... i put hate in this job....and am not willing to work on it....two reasons for having this hate...no support from the loved one ...at that time :(...and don't like to study materials which i am not familiar..
however, after one class...the aura starts....forget about the loved ones since he is also in deep love with other people and struggle to achieve the best from this career and it works till today...so now here i am ... i can be proud of myself and also now trying to groom new trainers for generations to come. i realize one thing...if u hard work, committed, like to learn new things..insyaallah...there's always a rezeki for you. one things for sure...Speak English...you'll do better...cheers

How To Build Traffic To Your Blog

If you need to promote your website in order to build traffic to it, you need to promote your blog as well.
Here are some ways you can become a well-read and influential blogger.
1. Write Posts That People Will Want To Read
This should be common sense, but many marketers tend to forget that their readers are real people and that you need to use the principles of online copywriting to make your headlines and copy interesting to your readers.
If you write posts that people enjoy reading, they will reward you by returning to your blog regularly.
Make your posts conversational, pithy and topical. Keep them short and stick to one topic per post.
Write often and regularly so that both readers and search engines visit your blog more often.
2. Optimize Your Posts for Search Engines
I cover this topic in detail in my article on "Search Engine Optimization For Blogs"
But here are the most important rules to follow to get your posts listed for keywords of your choice.
Make sure your blog URL contains the primary keyword you want to optimize for
Use your primary keywords in the title of your post
Use your secondary keywords in the body of your post
Use your keywords in the anchor text of links in the body of your posts
3. Submit Your Blog and RSS Feed To Directories
If you publish a blog you should submit your blog and RSS feed to big directories like Yahoo and Dmoz, as well as the numerous blog directories and search engines.
Here is the best list I've found of places to submit your feed or blog, compiled by Luigi Canali De Rossi, who writes under the pseudonym Robin Good.
Best Blog Directory And RSS Submission Sites
Another list of sites to submit your Blog
4. Ping The Blog Services
There are a number of services designed specifically for tracking and connecting blogs. By sending a small ping to each service you let them know you've updated your blog so they can come check you out.
Bookmark the Ping-O-Matic ping results page so you can visit it and quickly ping a number of services with a single click.
5. Build Links To Your Blog
I recommend the methods here as the best ways to get links pointing to your blog.
Link to your blog from each page on your main website
Trackback to other blogs in your posts
Post legitimate comments on other blogs with related topics
Offer to exchange links with other similarly themed blogs and websites
6. Edit Your Blog Posts Into Articles
One of the best methods for promoting your website is to write articles and submit them to article directories.
The suggestion for extending this to edit your blog posts into articles and submit them to directories came from the coach at "Explode Blog Traffic" who also has other noteworthy suggestions at his blog.
You'll find an extensive list of article directories here
7. Create Buzz About Your Blog
Creating a buzz about your blog posts and topic in the local and online media will give your marketing a viral component.
Create a controversy around your blog or it's topic.
Distribute bumper stickers or other merchandise with your blog's URL and tagline.
Write a press release about something newsworthy and tie it in with your blog topic.
8. Capture Subscribers By Email
It may seem strange for a blogger to send out updates by email, but email is still the #1 choice of most people who want to receive news and information.
Using a free service like Bloglet to manage your subscriptions is easy and it allows your subscribers to manage all their subscriptions from one interface.
However, if you want more control over your list and don't mind mailing out the updates yourself, you can use an autoresponder system to capture and follow-up with subscribers.
RSS Responder is a new script that allows you to keep in touch and follow-up with your subscribers without the hassle of email.
These tips should give you a good start to building your blog traffic.

हाउ टू बिल्ड अ blog

Blogger.com, which is owned by Google, is the leading blogging site. It just underwent a relaunch to make it easier to use. The rest of this article is a tutorial on how to set up a blog using the new Blogger.com. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose but your time. How much time depends on how obsessed you become with blogging.
Point your web browser to www.blogger.com.
Click on the orange arrow that says "Create your blog now" Enter a user name and password, along with the name of your blog and your email address. Write down your user name and password.
Click "Continue."
Enter a title for your blog such as "My Blog" and a blog address. The address will be part of the web address for your blog. For example, if you type "mynametest" your blog address would be mynametest.blogspot.com. That's the address you'll give to anyone who wants to visit your blog.
You're now asked to choose a template, which will determine the basic look and feel of your blog. Whatever you select, you can easily change it later without losing any content. That's it. Once you click "Continue," the service will create your blog. You're ready to start posting. Click "Start Posting" and you're taken to a screen where you enter the title and text of your first post. You can delete it or change it later, so don't worry about what you type. You might start with a title like "My First Posting" and type in any text such as "This is my first posting and I'm simply testing the blog." Notice the five icons above the box where you type the message. The B is for bold and the I for italics. If you want to place text in bold or italics, highlight the text and click on the B or the I. If you do that you'll notice some strange codes appear on the screen. Unlike some web tools, blogger is not a "what you see is what you get" editor. Instead, it places codes called Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) in your text. Don't worry. To see how your text will look, just click "Preview" in the area above where you're typing. When you're done admiring your work, click "Hide Preview" and you can continue to enter text or make corrections. When you're done, click "Publish Post." Blogger will then post your message and, when it's done, you can click on "View Blog" to see how the blog actually looks. When you do that, you're taken to the very page that visitors will see. Make a note of the URL in the status bar. That's the web address you'll give to other people who you want to view your blog. You may also notice an advertisement at the top of your blog. That's how Google can afford to give away this free service. They're selling ads based on the work you're doing. OK, so you've gotten started. Now let's add another post. Go to blogger.com or, if you're looking at your sample page, click on the blogger logo. If you're not automatically signed in, you can do so by entering your user name and password. You should now see the Dashboard with your blog's name on it. Click on the blog's name and you will go to a screen where you can create a new post or edit, view or delete any existing posts. This is probably a good time to practice creating a few new posts and then going back and editing or deleting them. Any time you make a change, click on "Publish Post" to publish the changes to the site. There are several other things you can do from the Dashboard. Clicking on "Settings" lets you change your blog's title or description. The formatting tab lets you change such things as how dates and times are displayed. The "Comments" tab lets you control whether or not visitors can leave comments. There are other features that you can explore or you can click the Help button for instructions, including "Blogger basics." Experiment. It won't cost you anything and it may turn out to be a lot of fun. Once you have a blog worth sharing, let your friends and family know.

feed for the day

hi all,

today i want to feed u all with introduction to my company. netlinx solution consultant was born on 22nd may 2000. at that time my partner is my husband. we started off at home, running a computer business in a small room. but most of our services and businesses comes from training. i guess that's why we don't have an appropriate office. after a while, things started to slow down a bit in training, we decided to go for retailing.....and there we setup a small shop with very little capital. the shop lasts till today but not at the original location. we moved to the new location last year since the old spot does not contribute as what we expected. now, at the new location....business is building, training is still our core, in fact now we take contracts from main contractors to handle training for them. last year itself we made a good profit to start this years agenda.

more to come.....cheers
